Fondation La Marck
under the aegis of Fondation de LuxembourgThe Foundation has three main objectives: preservation of heritage and enrichment of public collections, support to organisations caring for youth or elderly people, and research on the Grand-Duchy's history.
The foundation was created by one of his descendants as a tribute to Robert IV de La Marck, duke of Bouillon and marshal of France, son-in-law of Diane de Poitiers and father-in-law of Jean of Luxembourg. Amongst its activities, the foundation has a keen interest in finding objects belonging to the Luxembourg heritage.
